Come along with young Jamal as he and his dad take you on a journey through what it means to be a king, and all the beautiful and healthy ways to be a boy and a man. We've been brainwashed into believing that men and boys have to be and act in certain ways, but it's time to make a change. It's not only important that young men and boys know their feelings are valid and real, but that women, girls, and important people in men's lives are ready to acknowledge that as well. Black and brown communities suffer the most from the stigma of toxic masculinity. We are slowly but surely breaking down these walls and bringing a new freshness to the way men, especially black and brown men, see themselves and are seen by the world around them.
